Anna Maria is an expert aviation professional. She entered SEA Milan Airports Quality Department in 1998 supporting the implementation of the Quality Management System and Quality Auditing Program. Since 2009 she has been in charge of the Airports Quality Benchmarking Unit. She is supporting airport business processes learning from best practices in the aviation and non-aviation market. She is inspired by an active curiosity that leads her to create relationships and networking both inside and outside the organization through cooperation and transparency to cultivate and promote new ideas.

She has been participating in structured international benchmark projects developed by institutional actors such as ACI Airport Service Quality and E-APN European Performance Network, in ACI Europe.
