Franziska Rodenkirchen

Since 2020 Franziska Rodenkirchen is part of Munich Airport´s quality management department working as Senior Advisor Quality Management & CX. She is mainly responsible for market research topics and collecting customer insights from survey research in order to enhance passenger satisfaction.

Furthermore she is responsible for developing and introducing passenger experience measurement programs, creating management reports as well as being a member of Munich’s quality- and passenger experience decision panel.

Previously, she studied Tourism- and Event Management at the International School of Management in Munich and worked several years for a tourism consulting company in the market research department.
