HanByeol Jeong
HanByeol Jeong (Hans) is a manager of CX Innovation team at Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC).
He is in charge of developing and implementing customer experience enhancement initiatives of Incheon International Airport, as well as managing passenger satisfaction and developing tools to measure the level of customer experience of the Airport.
Prior to joining CX Innovation team, he worked as a manager in Business Development team at IIAC, and has actively engaged in several airport development and operation projects, including O&M Project of Kuwait International Airport Terminal 4 and PPP Project of Batam Hang Nadim International Airport in Indonesia.
He started off his career as a manager at Samsung Construction & Trading Corporation, and he received bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Russian Language & Literature from Seoul National University.
