Karine Duclos has been the marketing and communication director at Reunion Roland Garros Airport for 5 years. In this capacity, she is responsible for the development of non-aeronautical services and businesses, the implementation of consumer studies, passenger satisfaction and listening to needs, corporate communication, as well as the creation of brand identity and new digital tools for a customer journey before the trip. Previously, she was marketing manager for the Indian Ocean zone for 12 years at Diageo Spirits, the leader in spirits.
