Katrin Hagel is a member of the Management Board and Head of Passenger and Airfield Services at Tallinn Airport. She started as Head of Passenger Services in Tallinn Airport 3 years ago.

Katrin has substantial leadership experience and places great value in people, team and development of an organisation.

Previously, Katrin worked in different managerial positions in Nordea Finance, where her primary tasks were to manage customer service, AML regulations implementation, product and system development in Baltic region. She has a Master’s degree in law and an EMBA in Business Administration and Management.

A mother to two boys, Katrin embraces design and culture and adores travelling.
