Kinga Mrozowska
Graduate of the Jagiellonian University. Since 2010, associated with Kraków Airport. She has many years of experience in customer service - she started her professional career as an intern in the internship program "Need Help?", then worked as a customer service representative at the information desk and later became a customer service coordinator. From April 2022, she is the Deputy Head of the Customer Service and Customer Experience department. For years, she has been ensuring the highest quality of service, and taking care of customer service standards and passenger satisfaction. She likes reading Scandinavian crime novels. She is addicted to traveling. She loves Spain and dreams of spending more time on the Costa Blanka.
