Raffaele is 44 and has been working in the travel & aviation industry for 20+ years, just after a Bachelor and MSc in Tourism & Aviation Economics.

Reporting to the CCO, he’s has been recently appointed Aeroporti di Roma’s Head of Advertising, with the aim to move this business into a new digital era.

Current role comes after years of internal growth covering various positions within aviation, retail and mobility business units ,so that he can now counts on a multiple-experiences background in fields like strategic and operational marketing, business development, airport analytics, customer experience, innovation. A specific knowledge around China and Chinese customers’ needs has been developed during last 10 years.

Previous experiences have been around legacy and low cost carriers (pricing & distribution, marketing & sales, business strategy, budget, revenue management, network), both in Italy and abroad; he started up his carrier into travel agencies, Tour Operating and TMCs.

Raffaele has been busy since years in Lectures among the top Italian post-graduate/MBA industry-related courses, and he’s an active member in public and private Associations.

Married with Enrica, father of 2 kids.
