Vice President, Customer Experience

Sharon McCloskey serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience for the world’s third-busiest Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
In this position, Ms. McCloskey provides direction and strategy for consumer insights, in-terminal services, and the management of customer programs for 75 M passengers each year. She influences design and architecture of DFW’s terminal environment through the selection of technology, seating, fixtures and finishes in response to the customers’ core needs. Ms. McCloskey serves as a “champion for the customer” within the DFW organization through efforts such as customer journey mapping and customer segmentation.
In her previous work at DFW, Ms. McCloskey oversaw DFW Airport’s consumer and business-to-business marketing efforts. Ms. McCloskey also developed the first Airport Art Program at DFW’s international terminal.
Ms. McCloskey holds a Bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. in international management from the University of Dallas.
