April D. Harrison is the Performance Manager for the Cleveland Airport System (CAS). In this role, April, also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, works to improve processes which facilitate best-in-class operational initiatives. Prior to joining CAS in 2009, April was an administrator for Cleveland’s Finance Department.

April began her career managing grant-funded programs, including development and execution. Moreover, April served as an Examiner with the Partnership for Excellence, administering the Baldrige Program.

April earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.), from Cleveland State University. April’s professional affiliations include: American Society of Quality and the Airport Minority Advisory Council, amongst others. Service driven, April is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha and engages with philanthropic groups including the Airport Angels and Faith Tabernacle.
