Rhoda Gadama-Misomali

Rhoda Gadama Misomali attended University of Washington where she obtained a BA in Psychology. She further obtained an MBA in Managerial Leadership from City University of Seattle. She is currently doing a doctorate in Transformational Leadership with Concordia University of Portland, Oregon.

Her professional career in Human Resources started in Redmond, Washington where she worked at the newly found Microsoft campus on contract basis doing recruitment. She further worked with a telecommunications company, manufacturing company, and had a short stint with Amazon before returning to Malawi to become the CEO of Airport Developments Limited.

Rhoda is a people person and her professional career and training prepared her to work with people of diverse background. Her vision as the CEO in the aviation sector in a small country includes bringing out the Malawi culture to the airport. She believes that every country is unique and should be able to showcase its uniqueness right at the airport where others may be landing for the first time.
