Tricia Kat

Tricia Kat is Senior Associate Director at Changi Airports International. She and her team work with airports to enable them to achieve their full potential with customized airport service quality (ASQ) strategies. This includes programmes to understand the airport’s challenges, aspirations and requirements; and processes to establish the right systems for optimal service delivery.

In her last 16 years with the company, she has been responsible for driving the ASQ programmes for airports in Russia, Brazil, Middle East and Asia. These airports have gone to win awards at Airport Council International (Sochi International – Best Airport, four consecutive years) and Skytrax (Tom Jobim International – Best Airport Staff Service, Brazil; King Fahd International – 3^rd place for Best Airport, and Most Improved Airport, Middle East).

Tricia was also part of the team that contributed to the positive experience of the athletes, VIPs and supporters who passed through Tom Jobim International during the 2016 Olympics and Sochi International during the 2014 Winter Olympics.
